Charges are for each half day meeting, minimum charge of 6 people:-  (VAT is not charged)
Morning        8.30 - 12.30        £ 12.50 per person
Afternoon      1.00 - 5.00          £ 12.50 per person
Evening         5.30 - 9.30          £ 12.50 per person
Additional room for syndicate work £ 25.00

A cancellation policy of between 30 & 100% operates subject to notice given
